The Problem
Most Delivery Service Partners coordinate drivers, vehicles, devices, compliance, performance, and reporting across disconnected systems. That creates manual reconciliation, delayed decisions, inconsistent records, and unnecessary overhead. DSP360 recognized that the problem was fragmentation across the operational data layer.
- Dispatch in one system, fleet in another
- Communication handled in external tools
- Compliance and documentation separate from operations
- Field execution interrupted by poor connectivity
Why Agingo
Agingo provides a secure data layer that connects sensitive operational data across systems without exposing it or creating new governance risk. DSP360 used Agingo to unify data flows across their logistics operations while maintaining governance over commercially sensitive operational data.
"The business does not coordinate systems. The system executes the business."
What DSP360 Built
DSP360 built a complete unified operations platform for Amazon DSP operators on Agingo: unified daily operations, communication embedded in execution, complete records for compliance, and field execution that continues working in low-connectivity environments and synchronizes automatically when connectivity returns.
The Business Model
DSP360 deploys a shared operational model across Amazon DSP operators through a subscription platform. Each customer executes against the same operational logic while maintaining control over its own data. The platform is operating in production within the founder's DSP operation, with phased rollout underway to additional partners.
